Bump Test Machine

A bump test machine simulates repetitive shocks that might be experienced by components when they are transported from one place to another in any vehicle or used on a moving platform. It has a heavy steel structure, which serves as reaction mass as well as a free fall type. As the machine is supported by air springs or heavy duty shockers, the vibration is isolated from the ground, eliminating the need for a special foundation and making it universally applicable to any industrial floor. Bump rates can be set up to 1 - 3 bumps per second. Customized platform sizes and load capacities are available based on the application.
